Return & Refund Policy

At Snap & Stick, we take pride in the premium quality and precision craftsmanship of every custom photo grid we print and cut. Because each order is entirely personalized using your unique images, we handle returns and refunds under specific guidelines.

1. Custom Orders Policy

  • No Change-of-Mind Returns: Because your grids are custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun if you simply change your mind.

  • Please review your photo layout, cropping, and grid selections carefully before confirming your order on our platform.

2. Mistakes, Defects, or Damage

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If there is an issue with your order that stems from our side, we will make it right immediately. You are eligible for a free reprint or a full refund if:

  • Transit Damage: Your grids arrive bent, scratched, or visibly damaged from delivery.

  • Production Error: There is a clear printing defect, or the photo was split incorrectly compared to your approved order.

  • Incorrect Item: You received the wrong layout size or someone else's order by mistake.

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps within 48 hours of receiving your package:

  1. Take a clear photo of the issue (including the damaged packaging if applicable).

  2. Contact our team directly via WhatsApp or email with your Order Number.

  3. We will review your request within 24 hours. If approved, we will automatically fast-track a free replacement grid to your address, or issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved instead of a reprint, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer/credit note depending on your local payment gateway integration) within 5 to 7 business days.
