Welcome to Snap And Stick Photography Services. By accessing our platform, utilizing our photo-splitting software, or purchasing our custom grid products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview & General Conditions

  • This platform is owned and operated by Snap & Stick. Throughout the site/app, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Snap & Stick.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our photo-splitting user interface or software without express written permission from us.

2. User-Uploaded Content & Intellectual Property

When you upload photos to be split into grid prints, you retain full ownership of your images. However, by uploading them, you agree to the following rules:

  • Content Ownership: You warrant that you own the copyright or have explicit permission to use and print any photo you upload. Snap & Stick is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from user uploads.

  • Appropriate Content: We maintain a strict policy against inappropriate material. You may not upload photos that contain explicit nudity, violence, defamatory material, or illegal content. We reserve the absolute right to cancel and refund any order that violates this standard.

  • Data Processing: You grant us a temporary license to process, host, crop, and split your images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your printing and production request.

3. Product Accuracy & Specifications

  • Image Quality: The final print quality of your mosaic grids heavily depends on the resolution of the image you upload. Snap & Stick is not responsible for blurry or pixelated prints resulting from low-resolution source files.

  • Sizing and Cropping: Our app provides a visual preview of how your photo will split into grids. Final cuts will adhere strictly to the visual boundaries shown in the app interface. It is the user’s responsibility to check the layout prior to final payment.

4. Pricing & Modifications

  • Prices for our products (ranging from single pieces to full 48-piece mosaic grid sets) are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services, app features, or product options at any time.

5. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws and regulations of Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates.
