Thank you for choosing Snap & Stick. Because every grid we create is custom-made from your personalized photos, our production and delivery process balances speed with precision.

Please review the details of our shipping operations below.

1. Processing & Production Time

• Custom Crafting: Because your photos are split, printed, and precision-cut into custom grids using specialized equipment, please allow 1 to 2 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Delivery Areas & Timelines

We partner with premium local couriers to ensure your grids arrive in perfect condition.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your custom grids are packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a WhatsApp message and/or email containing your tracking link. You can use this link to coordinate delivery timing directly with the driver.

4. Delivery Attempts & Delivery Address

• Please ensure your delivery address, villa/apartment number, and local contact number are 100% accurate at checkout.

• Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect number or repeated missed delivery, a standard re-shipping fee may apply.

5. Damaged or Faulty Orders

Your grids are thoroughly inspected before leaving our machine. However, if your package is damaged during transit:

• Please take a photo of the damaged packaging and product immediately.

• Contact our support team via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt, and we will fast-track a replacement grid for you.
